Dear Mabry Elementary Family,
Our annual Auction Gala is fast approaching and it is going to be the event of the year! At this event, we auction off merchandise, services and more generously donated by Mabry Elementary families, local businesses and supporters. No donation is too big or too small! Please take a moment to think of how you can donate and make this the best Auction Gala we have ever had! Donations will be recognized in many different ways to our large and growing community, please see www.MabryPTA.org for more information. Donations are due January 26, 2018!
Items you could donate include but are not limited to:
- Vacation Homes, Cruise Packages, Time Shares and other Travel Items (i.e. Ski Lift, Car Rental, etc.)
- Parties & Events (i.e. Wine Tasting Party, Spa Party for Kids, Harry Potter Party for Kids, Lego Party for Kids,
- Shopkins Party for Kids, Cooking Class, Painting with a Twist Party, etc.)
- Tickets for Events after February 23, 2018 (i.e. Concerts, Sports, Gasparilla, Art Festivals & More)
- Wine valued at $20.00 or more
- Gift Cards (Do not expire before 01/01/2019 & unused/unmarked)
- Theme, Amusement Park, and Zoo/Aquarium/Parks Tickets
- Restaurant, Boutique, and Other Gift Certificates
If you have an item to donate, please fill out the form below and return it in your student’s backpack. We will provide a donation receipt for your tax records once we receive the donated item.
