Summer Break is Here!

Summer Break is Here!
Hillsborough County Schools are closed May 28th to August 9th for Summer Break.
Classes resume Friday, August 10th with our new start time of 7:40am and dismissal at 1:55 pm. 
Please refer to www.mabrypta.org for updates, and don't forget to order your child's EduKit by June 15th for the best pricing.
 
Hope everyone has a fantastic summer! Also, early dismissal will still be Mondays at 12:55pm.

5th Grade Ceremony Pictures are now available!

Also, don’t forget to have your 5th grade student wear or bring (if they would rather wear their class shirt) a white shirt on Friday for the Breakfast Social.

Stop by the Mabry Veggie Market next Friday.  End the school year with some tomatoes, squash, broccoli, peppers and kale, picked fresh from Mabry's new hydroponic garden.  All donations will go toward garden activities next year.

Calling All Mabry Dads.  

 

Mabry Dads, its time to celebrate the end of the school year with your Mabry student.  Please join Mabry Dads Club on Saturday, May 19th starting at 6:30 PM for bowling fun.  This is a student and dad event.  You must register by Wednesday, May 16th to attend.  Pinarama Bowling is located at 5008 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33611.

Teacher Appreciation Week starts May 7th!

Mabry Appreciation Week is this week! Let’s spoil our teachers and staff as we get ready to say bon voyage for summer.

  • Tuesday: bring a flower to add to the classroom bouquet. 
  • Wednesday: bring in a school supply or new or used book that they can used in the classroom
  • Thursday: bring cards for your teacher. Store bought or handmade, all are appreciated.
Friday: bring in their favorite things! It could be coffee, soda, cookies, etc.

Student Council Breakfast Food Driver

Many families is Hillsborough County rely on free school breakfasts. Mabry Student Council is in search of cereal and other breakfast items to help students and families in need over the summer.  From May 7-11,  you can bring in items such as:

  • Dry      Cereal-Boxes or bags (think nutritious!)
  • Pop      Tarts
  • Oatmeal
  • Cereal/Breakfast      bars

You can bring in your donations to your student council rep anytime during the week.  Your support will help families in need at Mabry and other schools in our area start their summer off right.
