i-Ready labs start this week!

We are excited to have another year with the i-Ready Diagnostic and Instructional program. The program provides students with an innovative diagnostic assessment and individualized instruction based on each student's unique needs.
I-Ready is a computer based program that has assigned online instruction to support your child's progress in mastering the identified skills in Math and Reading. This year we are inviting all students to join us for i-Ready Lab, 7:30-7:55, Monday- Friday starting on October 17th in the Media Center computer lab.
A Mabry teacher will monitor your child on i-Ready in the Media Center computer lab. This instructional intervention will allow time to make gains without interrupting the regular school day.

CONGRATULATIONS MABRY! Because of your generosity and hard work, many of the programs we love at Mabry Elementary will be funded. We reached and went beyond our goal of $45,000.00 and now we get to celebrate!

T-Shirt Swap: Is your shirt too big or too small? Please see us at the front of school on Friday, October 14 for your only chance to swap t-shirts and get the right size.
Can you volunteer at Walk-A-Thon? If so, please sign up now here.
Is your child attending the Limo Party on November 4? If so, please turn in Permission Slips to Walk-A-Thon basket in Front office as soon as possible.
2016 Walk-A-Thon: Join us on Saturday, October 15, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Coleman Track for a fun day that includes medals for laps walked, DJ Music, Raffles, Zumba class, inflatable attractions, face painting, balloon art, food trucks, Kona Ice, Business Partner Expo, Health & Fitness Fair, Dolphin Depot, Tropical Smoothie Cafe Smoothies, sports activities, and so much more!
Class with the highest attendance at Walk-A-Thon wins an Ice Cream Party and prize for the Teacher!
Remember to bring folding chairs, water and sunscreen on Saturday!
